You are just spewing lie after lie. You stated that the Bush economy was so bad, well lets take a real look at what the dow did in his 8 years. Under his 8 years the stock market closing numbers had 28 all time record highs, including the highest ever on Oct 9 2008 closing at 14164. In 2002 under Bush 2 1st, 2nd, and 3rd largest one day gains ever where posted. After sept 11 the dow took the largest 1 day loss in history to close at 8920. The lowest point during his term was 7702 about 9 or 10 months after sept 11. So during his term the dow went from a low point of 7702 up to a high of 14164, so explain to me how an almost 100% gain in the market in a little over 5 years made this time so rotten. Since when has the US been respected overseas? I lived overseas when Clinton was in office. He was usually the butt of crude jokes by the host country. Jimmy Carter? Ever hear of Billy Beer? They did like Regan part of the time but most European Countries did not like either of the Bush Presidents. Then why should we care? Do we get to vet their leaders? Stop worrying about what other countries think of the US and start worrying about the US..Goodness knows we will have a lot to worry about in the next few years since our change appears to be "back to the future"

Rhonda you seen to have a liberal comment for everything. Maybe YOU need to do more homework before you keep blasting your extremely liberal assertations to everyone else. When I was younger, I thought I was a liberal as I thought being a liberal meant that you have an understanding and appreciation of someone elses lifestyle even if it was in stark contrast to that of your own. Take homosexulaity for example (no, I am NOT a homophobe). Homosexulaity is NOT for me, but it may be for you. That is fine, just dont cram your ideals down my throat and I will respect your lifestyle. That to me is liberal. Today, however, liberal means that you are a modern day Nazi trying to CONTROL every facet of someone elses life because it offends you (like smoking). What happened to all of you hippies? Remember the saying "Why cant we all just get along"? If you can do better than Palin, then go for it. I dont see you being picked by ANYONE for VP or any other administrative role. Dow at a record high: 14K+
Home and car buyers

ms Rhonda, this 100 year war i believe was an exaggeration... not the best example, none the less. I think we all as non-polititians need to cut to the chase, the politicains need to receive 1/4 to 1/3 of what they pay. Did you know that the prez(not starting with junior either!) receives 200,000 a year then, THEN a 50k stipend! what? I found this out a few months ago. I am a 'recovering republican'. I am extremly bible based on my beliefs, but I do not want to waste a persons time talking about this. What would polititians do if they had to live on minimum wage? they talk about how hard it is, when is the last time they lived it? I heard a woman speak about 'how hard it is out there'. She's the kind that calls her shrink when her savings goes below 10k! oh my..... Do you remember Oprah(yes she came from meager beginnings and she earned what she has, with a little blessing from above)had 'upper income bracket people try and live off of minimum wage. I'm a dem. Not for a minutes would I elect an experienced man for the job.
If you want to compare cheating McCain/Edwards which has nothing to do with the presidency, McCain didn't lose a child, have a wife with cancer who is dying with this disease.
Why did Obama pick Joe Biden. It shows what I have come to expect. Obama has no clue. He is only worried about Clinton running from a stronger position if he had picked her as the VP. He doesn't care about this country, he only cares about himself. Joe Biden who is a nice guy, only got 1% of the vote when he was running.
Hillary should have been picked and we wouldn't have to worry about losing again which we will lose with Obama and Biden. No Experience and no Respect. What a ticket. I am ashamed. We would have killed the Repubs if Hilliary was picked. Obama lacks the experience and judgement which shine through with his VP choice. So McCain will win no matter who he picks.
